COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS

WHO WE ARE

We are invested in empowering families and providing access to quality educational experiences for all young children. Through our program offerings, we help build literacy rich homes, support parents in understanding their child's development and offer opportunities to engage with other families in the community.

Our services are FREE in the communities that we serve!

for families with young children 0-6 years of age

OUR PROGRAMS

We offer additional services like Ages & Stages developmental screenings (ASQ) and access to resources and referrals. Please inquire for more information.

Learn & Play Groups

Play groups offered throughout the year for children birth - 5 years of age. Explore new activities with your child and connect with other families.

Raising-a-Reader

A lending library approach that helps families learn strategies of interactive reading.

Parent Workshops

Opportunities for parents and caregivers to connect and engage in enriching conversations about parenting topics.

ParentChild+

Learning through play, home visiting school readiness program for income eligible parents with children ages 18 months to 3 years of age.
